Digital Wise, Inc. President/CEO Heather Lukes has been working in the Internet industry since 1993 when the Internet was in its public infancy. She has over 15 years of computer industry experience and has worked for NASA, the Federal Aviation Administration, United States Marine Corps and notable companies such as SAIC and AT&T. She also has over 10 years of computer graphic design experience. The two areas of specialty have been merged to take full advantage of the booming Internet business. At the Federal Aviation Administration, she served as the Webmaster for over two years, providing web site development to dozens of customers throughout the world.

- American Society of Appraisers (http://www.asa.org): Enhanced Cold Fusion-based areas included searchable membership directory, online registration for conferences and e-commerce online bookstore.
- Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (http://www.smacna.org): Members only section included document library and conference registration. Most content is dynamically served from the database and an administrative interface exists to allow for information updates. Site includes searchable membership directory and publications downloads.
- HUD Office of Multi-Family Housing Assistance Restructuring Resource Desk (http://www.omhar.com): Designed and develop Cold Fusion/SQL 7.0-based web site for managing questions and documents related to OMHAR office. Web-based administrative access for managing documents including creating new documents, mapping documents to keywords, statistical reporting and managing flow of answers to questions submitted by field offices. Public can perform detailed searches based on specific criteria, submit questions, and track answers.
- Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers (http://www.appa.org/): She is the principal consultant to the organization for Cold Fusion development. Enhanced areas included searchable membership directory, online registration for conferences and online bookstore.
- Cera Products (http://www.ceralyte.com): She was the principal designer and Cold Fusion developer for the e-commerce site selling rehydration products through an SSL-connection. Site includes web-enabled, secure order processing system.
